Northern Purchase exists for one mission: to seek out a small business in the New York City metropolitan area to purchase and to lead. As a native New Yorker who returned to the area after seventeen years of military service, I take a long term view. I want to own and run a sound business for a long time, creating value for the company, respecting its employees, and serving the community, all while honoring the seller's legacy.

BUSINESS CHARACTERISTICS

I'm looking for an enduringly profitable business and I am open to virtually every industry. I aim to find a company with a strong foundation upon which to build after taking ownership. Businesses with the following characteristics are most attractive:

• Within the NYC tri-state area

• Annual revenues of $3 million or more

• 3 or more years of operating history
